We are currently looking for Care Assistants (Days ) to join our fabulous team at Cavendish Park Care Home, our beautiful residential, nursing & dementia care home in Evesham, Worcestershire.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Fully supported by your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
• You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
• With unparalleled kindness, you’ll assist the everyday needs of our residents, from personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events.
• You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
• You’ll be talented in building strong & fulfiling relationships with your Majesticare team our residents, families, friends & within the local community.
• As part of the role, you may be requested to work weekends.
