To answer all telephone calls in a courteous and polite manner ensuring that messages are taken and recorded accurately, and a professional level of customer service is achieved. To provide administrative support to the administrator and other home management as required. To support effective and confidential record keeping in the home. To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the home in the local community.
